By accessing or using Pokrly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Pokrly allows users to create and share content related to their poker experiences. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. By using our Service, you agree to follow these community guidelines:

Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or share content that:

• Is offensive, discriminatory, or harassing - including content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Contains threats or promotes violence - including threats of harm to individuals or groups
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic - including nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material
• Promotes illegal activities - including gambling outside of legal jurisdictions, drug use, or other criminal activities
• Contains personal information - including addresses, phone numbers, or other private information without consent
• Is spam or commercial solicitation - including unsolicited advertising or promotional content
• Infringes on intellectual property rights - including copyrighted material without permission
• Is false or misleading - including fake news, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Promotes self-harm or dangerous activities - including content that encourages harmful behavior

Prohibited Behavior

You may not engage in behavior that:

• Harasses, bullies, or intimidates other users
• Impersonates other individuals or organizations
• Manipulates the platform or other users
• Creates multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Attempts to hack or compromise the security of the Service

Reporting System

Users can report objectionable content through:

• In-app reporting features
• Email to pokrly.app@gmail.com
• Support page contact form

Content Filtering

We implement automated and manual content filtering systems to:

• Detect and prevent objectionable content from being posted
• Filter inappropriate language and images
• Identify potential violations before they reach the community

User Blocking

Users have the ability to block other users who engage in abusive behavior. Blocked users cannot:

• View your content or profile
• Send you messages or comments
• Interact with your posts

As a user of Pokrly, you are responsible for:

• Your content - You own and are responsible for all content you post
• Your behavior - You must treat other users with respect and follow community guidelines
• Your account security - You must keep your login credentials secure
• Reporting violations - You should report objectionable content when you encounter it
• Compliance with laws - You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pokrly and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

By posting content on Pokrly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

In no event shall Pokrly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
